When talk to dining in nature atmosphere then Ferringhi Garden is a good recommended which located at Batu Ferringhi, Penang. The whole building is surrounded by beautiful garden with many green plants, water fall and fish ponds. Frankly, I was attracted with this beautiful nature garden dining environment and never been for this kind of dining atmosphere at Penang before. Ferringhi Garden focuses more on western style dishes with various cooking style to meat and fresh seafood.

Fresh roses are on every dining table.

Charlie Brown Cafe

Finally Charlie Brown café opened at Straits Quay, Penang. This kind of cartoon themed café is the only and first in Malaysia. The whole café included the floor and the ceilings are decorated with all the character from Peanuts which are Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Woodstock, Linus and the rest of the gang. 

This café divided into different sections – dining table, sofa, private rooms, singing stage… Overall is good for relaxing and enjoy the wonderful snoopy world environment especially for kid’s celebration purpose.

Well, come to food and beverage. I love much on the coffee – Latte, Mocha and Cappuccino just because the characters from Peanuts appeared at top of milk form. It’s quite special for most of the desserts with a sugar door on top of it. Bear in mind, the ordering system can consider self-service system. Customer had to queue and make order from the counter since the menu was not available at every table.
